Optional Additional Services

Two-sided metal yard sign - A yard sign may be purchased at cost plus shipping charges, normally $90-$95. (Frame not included)
Showcase Listing on Realtor.com - $50. Place up to 10 photos of your property on Realtor.com along with a custom headline and description that will help you promote the best features of your property.
Electronic Lockbox Rental - $100. Seller must complete electronic lockbox rental agreement and pay a deposit of $150.00.
Renew or Extend Listing - $50.00 –Seller may renew listing for an additional six months prior to listing expiration. (Only available at the time of listing) Normal fee to renew or extend listing will be $150 per six months.
