Next, we will perform a thorough walk through of your home to confirm the information for the listing and provide suggestions for showing. We will also take you through all the required paperwork and take digital photographs for you listing. The Traditional Approach - If you find that selling your home on your own isn't something you want to take on, we also offer a traditional Full Service Plan. Many homeowners do just fine handling these details on their own. For others, it can be daunting process they would rather leave to others. As a Full Service Idaho Licensed Brokerage, we can help you screen potential buyers and negotiate the terms of the sale.
