Instructions

There are two ways to submit the information for your listing. You may use our Computerized MLS Input Form or print out the MLS Residential Data Form, fill it out, and fax it to (208) 424-3391. If you own a scanner, you may scan the completed document and email it to contact@ListIdaho.com. Once we receive your information, we will email the documents required to list your home.

To open and print the MLS Residential Data Form, use the following link: MLS Residential Data Form. The document will open as an Adobe Acrobat File.

Please provide as much information as possible. If you are unsure about what information to enter, just enter a question mark "?" and continue with rest of the form. We will enter any missing information when we contact you to confirm the information you have provided.

Your listing will appear on the MLS for a period of six months. You may pay a fee of $50 at the time of the initial listing to extend or renew the listing without additional charges.

A fee of $150 we be charged to extend or renew your listing if the $50 fee is not paid with your initial listing.

Your listing will also appear on the Intermountain MLS with up to 10 photos. Your listing will also appear on Realtor.com along with one photo. You may upgrade you listing to a Showcase Listing on Realtor.com for a fee of $50 at any time. Our Showcase Listings allow you to place up to 10 photos of your property on Realtor.com along with a custom headline and description that will help you promote the best features of your property.
