Our fee is determined by the level of service you select. The commission offered to the cooperating brokerage (the real estate brokerage that represents the buyer) is determined by you and is paid when you sell your home.
Traditionally, the seller and the seller's agent negotiate the amount of the commission to be paid when a home is sold. Part of the commission is offered to the cooperating brokerage. Customarily, the listing broker and the cooperating broker split the the commission.
When you use ListIdaho.com to list your home, you pay a one time flat fee when your home is listed. The commission offered to the cooperating brokerage is determined by you and is paid when you sell your home.
