Start your search – Now that you have a developed a list of features you want in a home and have determined how much you can spend, it is time to start your search. You have probably already done a bit of looking online or maybe you have taken a drive through some of the neighborhoods you are interested in. It’s time to get together and take a look at the homes that meet your requirements.

Narrow the search – Once we have viewed a few homes together, we begin to get a better feel for feel for what you're really looking for. At this point, we can modify our search criteria to make the process more efficient. You'll spend less time looking at homes and more time deciding which home is best for you.

Making the offer - Once you have narrowed the field, it's time to make a decision. When you are ready, we will fill out the required paperwork, and submit your offer to the seller.
